Wisconsin was back for the third year in a row looking to beat a Stanford team who surprised many this year by winning the Pac-12. 
It appeared that Stanford was ready to roll to a blowout win after jumping out to a 14-0 first quarter lead. 
But the defense stepped up for Wisconsin, completely changing the complexion of the game and allowing Wisconsin to get back into the game. 
Yet a third straight Rose Bowl loss was in the cards for Wisconsin as a late interception preserved the victory for Stanford.
