2012 NFL Preview: Offensive Rookie of the Year Andrew Luck's to Lose?

The offensive rookie of the year race could be similar to the way Mike Trout has run away with the American League Rookie of the Year. Yes, Andrew Luck looks that good. The poise and maturity that Luck features is exceptional, not to mention that Luck has the talent and fundamentals to be a consistently excellent quarterback. I believe Luck is easily the early favorite to win offensive rookie of the year. Given the fact that Trent Richardson is already battling injuries for the Browns, Robert Griffin III is in the always difficult NFC East and stud receivers like Justin Blackmon and Michael Floyd won't be consistent due to the inconsistent play of their quarterbacks, Andrew Luck's impact on the Indianapolis Colts will be similar and if not greater than the impact Cam Newton had on the Panthers last year. Andrew Luck will be the 2012 offensive rookie of the year.
